Bringing colleagues closer

The challenge: Develop creative ways to communicate key messages to Barclays’ colleagues and encourage greater collaboration and engagement across teams.

The solution: I led the art direction for a variety of assets, including videos, a scratchcard where the message couldn't be rehidden, a website, newspaper, internal social ads, office vinyls, and more. The use of mixed media touchpoints meant that all colleagues were able to access the messaging as not everyone had access to the same channels. I tried to inject a bit of fun into the assets to make it feel human.

The impact: This integrated touchpoint approach resulted in a significant increase in engagement rates and a boost in user-generated content, fostering stronger connections between teams.
